PAYMENT SCHEDULE

1. Reservation Fee ฿100,000
2. 35% – 30 Days after the reservation (Minus reservation fee)
3. 20% – End of foundation
4. 20% – Superstructure
5. 15% – Roof / Doors / Windows
6. 10% – Handover

PAYMENT IN FULL (5% DISCOUNT)

ADDITIONAL COSTS

1. Maintenance Fee ฿80/sq.m/month
2. Sinking Fund ฿800/sq.m – one time payment
3. Electricity & Water Installation – 1 time payment (approximate ฿10k Each)
4. Freehold ฿300.000
5. Registration Taxes & Fees – 1 time payment 50/50 Between Seller & Buyer. 1.1% for freehold and 0.55% for leasehold
