- Maintenance fee – THB 80/sqm/month
- Sinking fund – THB 800/sqm – one-time payment
- Electricity & water installation – one-time payment (approximately THB 10k each)
- Freehold – THB 450,000
- Registration taxes & fees – a one-time payment split 50/50 between the seller & buyer. 1.1% for freehold and 0.55% for leasehold
