As Founder and Director of MRFS Group since 1983, sold and now part of Marlowe PLC, Tony built up one of the UK’s most respected privately owned AV, fire, and security companies, delivering solutions for highly regulated and high-security environments. Under his leadership, MRFS Group twice earned the prestigious Security Installer and Project of the Year award, achieved ISO 9002 Quality management Systems, National Security Inspectorate (NSI) Gold and British Approvals for Fire Equipment (BAFE) accreditations, and navigated several successful acquisitions that integrated over 100 staff, strengthened market positioning, and enhanced operational capabilities.
His project portfolio spans from bespoke private estates to landmark high-density developments, most notably delivering the complete technical systems for Wardian London, an iconic residential complex of 863 luxury apartments at Canary Wharf. More recently, he has served as Freelance Sales & Commercial Director for ATS Premier Interiors, helping to expand their offering in high-end construction fit-outs.
